Salad Preparations
In this module, learners will learn the art of ready to eat or cold chain. The module will cover from the preparation steps and also food safety as well as hygiene as part of the mandatory part when assembling Salad. Learners will also learn what different types of green that are suitable to be used for Salad and also fruits as well as other types of ingredient.

Sandwich Workshop
Sandwich Workshop provides Introductory to Deli Management to Preparations. The course focuses on Ready-to-Eat dishes on Sandwich Assembly from different types of bread, processed meat, greens, fruits, herbs, and also the sauces. Shape Your Onigiri
Onigiri workshop is a introduction module suitable for adults and children as well as for any occassions learning about how to make Onigiri Rice, Fillings, and how to Assemble Triangle and Round shaped Onigiris. Onigiri is a well-known food from Japan for quick bites and it can be flexible and creative in terms of the molding and fillings.

Pizza Making Workshop
Pizza Making workshop covers the basic to intermediate of making Pan Pizza from scratch. The module dives into the dough making of the pizza, the toppings, and also the convection processes. Based on 2 traditional Italian Pizza and 1 Fusion Pizza. We will also cover the preparation steps, list of common ingredients used and so on.
In this course, learners will learn to make 3 different pizza with an insight on how to prepare the pizza dough from scratch and then how to massage and shape it into Pan Pizza. We will also cover on how to shape thin crust Pizza. The 3 Pizzas covered are Margherita, Pepperoni, and Chicken Teriyaki with seaweed.

Rissoto and Pasta Making
Risotto and Pasta workshop is an Italian based cuisine workshop that covers the basic of Pasta Making and 1 Risotto Dish. We will cover the types of noodle used for Pasta making, the types of sauces, and also how creative as well as innovative it can be in pasta making. The session covers basically on how to make Pasta noodle from scratch but we will be using ready made Pasta for the practical and the Pasta Noodle making is only based on demonstration.
In this course, learners will get to do 4 different dishes with different combinations from using Spaghetti with Bolognese Sauce, using Penne for Macaroni and Cheese, using Linguini for Aglio Olio, and using Risotto to do Risotto Carbonara.

Sambal Belacan Making
Sambal Belacan Making workshop is a special course and it is one of its kind in Singapore where learners will be learning on how to make 3 different chilli paste (sambals) from Indonesia and Singapore origins and in addition using the sambal pastes to make 3 different additional dishes. The course involves making three different sambal and guarantee to be fun as well as intensive in terms of the ingredients used and recipes taught.

Beef Wellington and sides are a specially curated course where learners will focus to make beef wellington from scratch using lean beef from Beef Chucks to Beef Brisket. Making Shio and Miso Ramen Base
Miso and Shio Ramen are popular as well as relatively accepted ramen soup bases in Japan and the world. In this segment of Japanese Ramen series, we will be showing you on how to prepare the Ramen Stock from the base and then on how to differentiate and divide into Shio and Miso based.
