Andre has over 20 years business and professional experiences in the lifestyle industries ranging from hotel, F&B, agriculture, property to tourism with over S$35 million track records portfolios in the span of his career. Andre graduated with MBA from Queen Margaret University in Hospitality Services and had established more than 4 restaurant chains in Singapore & Indonesia as well as Social Demonstration Farm in Bali. Andre is a trained Chef, Barista, Baker, Bartender, and Coffee Roaster. Andre is also a Scholar for Agriculture.

Successful Brands such as Delonghi, Kenwood, Braun, Jura, VIVANT, and more works with Andre as a Brand Ambassador. In terms of Culinary Experiences, Andre has over 12 years of experiences in F&B industry working for hotels and restaurants including managing his own 4 restaurants in Indonesia and Singapore (2 in Singapore and 2 in Jakarta) from 2006 to 2015. 

Andre always emphasizes on Farm to Table and Farm to Cup. He has also worked for Hotel Indigo, Burger King, and Gyu Kaku from 2018 to 2021 managing the service floor and productions previously. Andre graduated from City Guilds for Diploma in Culinary Arts in 2008, and he also worked 7 years in Coffee Industry starting from Farm all the way to Coffee Brewing. Andre is an experienced Q Grader as well. 

Andre is trained mainly in Western and Japanese cuisines in Culinary and for Baking, Andre is experienced in Bread making and Custard based dessert with his signature “Crème Brulee”. Walker Group is a F&B incubator helping F&B enthusiasts starting F&B businesses based in Singapore and branching out to Malaysia and Indonesia. Starting from the provision of knowledge as well as skills, to procurement of the right equipment, and production of required materials from our Central Kitchen, we provide end-to-end solutions to F&B business owners and operators especially for start-ups and micro-businesses. 

Walker Enterprise Pte Ltd is one stop F&B academy providing more than 200 modules from culinary classes such as chili paste, bento making, pasta, and so on to baking from custard-based crème Brulee to cookies and bread such as croissant and so on. We also do barista and coffee roasting courses primarily with Delonghi machines and the only partner that is allowed to teach and to issue certification under Delonghi. We have done workshops for DBS, NTU, Lexus, and so on. 

Walker Solutions is a one stop F&B equipment where we work with multiple brand partners as a brand ambassador and retailer providing market awareness on how to utilize the equipment as well as the utensils beyond selling them directly to consumers. We are in stores such as Takashimaya, BI Worldwide, CK Tang, Harvey Norman, and Best Denki among others. 

Nusantara Kitchen Indonesia is Walker Group’s Central Kitchen primarily to produce processed and cooked foods from seasonings, condiments, coffee, tea, honey, and so on. Our principle is thar we produce 80% for our customers for OEM production and 20% in house productions. We internally produce our own coffee beans, chili paste, dry seasonings, and wet condiments. 

Walker Technology is a tech solutions-based company providing digital marketing expertise to our clients primarily in e-commerce productions. We have also developed our own proprietary technology in food online research platform and community for F&B owners as well as F&B professionals.
