Course info: this workshop will cover the science behind coffee, coffee sensory training, how to brew proper espresso, and heart shape latte art. It involves 70% practical training with intensive drills on preparation of espresso and latte art.

Mastering Salad and American Breakfast Meal
Course info: this workshop covers the end to end of preparing full set meals based on a balanced diet with fibers, proteins, vitamins, fats, and carbohydrates. The course involves preparing ready-to-eat, preparing pancake mix, knowing different toppings as well as sauces, basic cutting skills, food safety as well as hygiene, and food presentation.

Mastering the Art of Coffee Brewing and Roasting
Course info: this workshop is the only course that offers farm to cup experiences for coffee from knowing the science behind different arabica green beans, coffee roasting, learning how to blend coffee, sensory experiences, and mastering 2 brewing techniques.
Day 1: Understanding coffee sensory, coffee cupping, & brewing techniques (moka pot and pour over) (3 hours)
Day 2: Understanding coffee drinks menu with pump espresso from espresso, Americano, latte, cappuccino, flat white, and mocha. (3 hours)
Day 3: Understanding the basic of green beans and different roast profiles including 3 basic blending (6 hours)

Introduction to Desserts and Bread Making
Course info: In this workshop, learners will get to learn different types of dessert using hot baking or cooking methods including making basic bread as well as loaf, making creme brulee and cakes, and baking brownies as well as sponge cake.
