This is where the real essence of making coffee really lies. Every step matter and must be executed flawlessly to make a perfect black coffee. This course will allow you to:

Espresso and Latte Art
This course will bring out the artist in you via frothed milk on coffee. You will get to use pump espresso machines that were originally invented in Italy. Impress your friends and family with your artistic skill when you have learnt the following:
- Proper tamping and grinding of coffee beans for Espresso machines

Other Coffee Menus
This is where you expand your base after you have mastered the art of making Espresso and have started exploring other basic coffee menus. These menus involve standard Macchiato, Mocha, Hot Chocolate and more. You will also have chances to brush up your milk-based coffee such as Cappuccino, Latte and Flat White. The main learning outcomes of this course will be:
- Mastering the fundamentals of a barista in any given cafe
- Learning the methods to brew milk-based coffee consistently
- Learning how different syrups base can improve coffee drink differently
