Cute Japanese Bento Workshop making involves creativity, presentation, techniques, and teamwork to do. In one bento, we do up to 4 dishes with one carbo (rice, soba, udon, and so on). In the cute bento workshop, learners will be making three different beautifully arranged bentos from cat shaped, frog shaped, and free style. This workshop is fun and involves various different cooking techniques from Steam, Pan Fry, and so on. It is designed to stimulate the creativity of the learners and portioning. Within one bento box, each learner will have to sort different dishes preferably with different colours and also different types of dish. The learning outcomes for this workshop are as follows: 

1. Learners will learn on different Japanese cooking from nimono, suimono, and yakimono. 

2. Learners will learn on the preparation techniques and watch the trainers’ demonstrate different bentos. 

3. Learners will do one bento with the shape of Cat

4. Leaners will do one bento with the shape of Frog 

5. Learners will do one bento free style and will need to present the creativity and innovation.
