Course Info: (3 Hours) - Introduction to Dessert and Bread Making
This combo course is to build the fundamentals to be a baker for both basic to intermediate bread making as well as dessert that is based on baking such as Creme Brulee, Pandan Cake, and also Dry Custard. In this couse, learners will learn the food hygiene, baking preparations, and safety methodologies for baking. The course is based on 80% practical and 20% knowledge based. The course will focuses on the following segments:
1. Day 1 (3 Hours) Fundamentals of Custard Based Dessert. Learners will be making 3 different dishes from Creme Brulee, Dry Custard (Kue Makmur), and Cookies.
2. Day 2 (3 Hours) Fundamentals of Bread Making. Learners will learn on how to make Wholemeal bread, Banana Loaf, and also Garlic Cheese Bun.
3. Day 3 (3 Hours) Fundamentals of Cake Baking. Learners will learn on how to make basic Chiffon Cake, Pandan Ban Cake, and also will be making Banana Muffin.
