Course info (2 Days): Mastering Salad and American Breakfast
This course will take 2 days to complete or a total of 6 hours to master 3 different salads and a full set of American breakast meal. The idea is to get learners to be familiar with healthy ready to eat preparations and also mastery of pan fry cooking methods. This course will cover fundamentals of food hygiene, food safety, and mise en place preparations. Learners in this combi course will be taught the following focuses:
1. Learners will be trained on proper food hygiene and food safety preparations for both cooked and ready to eat food. The preparation techniques will be based on commerical kitchen preparations and also step-by-step processes.
2. Learners will be taught on how to read recipes, how to do proper chopping, basic knife skills, salad assembly, how to portion, and how to present.
3. Learners will learn 3 fundamentals of Salad Making from Cesar Salad, Horenso Salad, and Fruit Salad with additional dish on Avocado Boat.
4. Learners will also learn to prepare American Breakfast Meal starting on how to make Pancake from Scratch, how to Waffle, how to cook scramble egg as well as sunny side up, how to cook sausage/ ham/ bacon. and also how to properly toast bread.
