Course Info: Nasi Ambeng Making Workshop (Indonesian Set Rice)

This course is one of our best selling courses and they are one a kind. To date in Singapore, Walker Enterprise Academy is the only one teaching this #nasiambeng containing with for different sides. This module, will share with learners on arranging a very nice Indonesian rice set using Yellow Nasi Uduk and then 4 different sides such as Telur Balado, Tempeh Orek, Chicken Ayam Rendang, and Sayur Urap. Leaners will learn 80% practical and 20% theory. The theory will cover the common ingredients. the different spices from West to East Indonesia Archipelago, and so on. The course will take up to 3 hours to complete. Learners will learn the following outcomes: 

1. Learners will learn the different types of spice and ingredients used for Nasi Ambeng

2. Learners will learn the different dishes from Indonesia.

3. Learners will be learning on how to make Nasi Kuning with Nasi Uduk Style

4. Learners will be learning the 4 different sides mentioned and then to shape and present the Nasi Ambeng properly.
