Course Info: (3 Hours) Pasta and Risotto Making Workshop

This course is a combination of fundamentals in Pasta Workshop that will cover 1 Risotto dish as well. This workshop covers a different range of steps including sauces from bechamel and arabiatta for pasta sauce. Learners will be guided also on the common food ingredients used and also food hygiene as well as food safety preparations for pasta making. In this workshop, the facilitation will be up to 3 hours with 80% practical approach and 20% critical insights. The learning outcomes for the learners for this course include: 

1. Learners will be guided on fundamentals of food preparations including basic food hygiene and food safety. 

2 Learners will be guided to make 2 different sauces which are bechamel (cream sauce) and arabiatta sauce (tomato sauce) 

3. Learners will be guided to make 2 different pastas (1) Carbonara using Linguinne and also (2) Arabiatta using Penne. 

4. Finally learners will learn Classic Risotto
