


Course Info: Shepherd Pie, Greek Salad, and Roasted Brussel Sprout
This module is actually covering the generic cuisines popular in Europe. We choose three main dishes to present the Western Europe from Shepherd Pie from United Kingdom, Greek Salad from Greek, and Roasted Brussel Sprout from Italy. This module has different cooking methods put into one from air frying, ready to eat, and then baking. The dishes may be simple but attention details are required. Details such as the cheese used, the vinegar used, and the presentation made the unique differentiation for Greek Salad and other Western Salad. In this module, learners will be able to learn intermediate level of cookings from the beginning including preparations, food safety, food hygiene, and how to implement different recipes.
1. Learners will learn on different types of dish from Western Europe.
2. Learners will learn basically what so special about each proposed dish.
3. Learners will learn how to make Roasted Brussel Sprout using free styling ingredients and presentations
4. Learners will learn on how to do Greek Salad
5. Learners will learn on how to do Shepherd Pie or Cottage Pie depending on the preference of meat.
